1. Sender e-mail address

This setting determines what the Sender e-mail address will appear as, when users receive system-generated alerts.

1. In Version 12.0 of Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura) there are two system-generated alerts

• Dual Factor Authentication
  • The user receives an email with a unique PIN code to log in
• Request Password Reset
  • The user receives an email if they have requested to change their Password

2. When configuring this component, it is possible for users to respond to this email address directly when clicking Reply
