1. Work Programme Templates can be imported and exported between machines by using the Import/Export option on the functional toolbar

2. To export a Work Programme Template, select the Import/Export and this will activate the Work Programme Template Import/Export Wizard

3. Select Next

4. To export a Work Programme Template select browse and then name the file and where it is to be exported to, then select Next

5. Select the relevant Work Programme Template or Templates to export by ticking the relevant check box or boxes and then select Next

6. Select Finish
7. To import a Work Programme Template the user would follow the same procedure as outlined above except choosing the first option to Import the Work Programme into Internal Audit
