This article outlines the steps for installing the client Add-ins for use in MS Office Word.

1. Understanding prerequisites 

Before beginning the installation of the Add-ins, please ensure that:

1. You are logged in with administrative privileges.
2. You have installed the correct version of MS Office you will be using.
3. Microsoft .NET Framework v4.6 is installed on the system (for MS Office 2013 and above).

2. Installing the Office Add-ins

1. Using a web browser navigate to https://office.mkinsight.com/PentanaMK

2. Select 32bit.exe or 64bit.exe. If you are unsure which is required please use the steps below to verify:
   1. Open Microsoft Office Word
   2. Click on File and then Help
   3.  You will be able to validate your version in the below screen:

4. When downloading the Add-ins you will be offered the option to save the file.  Save this to your local computer. 

5. Once it download is finished extract the downloaded .zip file
6. Run the setup.exe file.
7. Follow the wizard to install the Add-ins, selecting the defaults and accepting any license agreements.
8. Once the install is complete you can validate that the Add-ins were installed.
   1. Open a word document.
   2. Select the Insert ribbon
   3. Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura) Cross-References should be visible towards the right side of the ribbon.
