1. Require approval of team sharing resources
This section allows the user to determine if team sharing requests require approval.
- To set this option tick the check box
Note: With this option selected both ‘Pending’ and ‘Rejected’ requests will stop the Audit Plan being created.
2. Risk assessment review on audit plan creation
This section allows the user to determine whether risk assessments linked to an audit must be reviewed before they are able to be entered into an Audit Plan.
- There are four options to choose from

No approval check performed
- An audit can be entered into the audit plan without any risk assessment review

Require pass on review items
- An audit can be entered into the audit plan as long as it has been reviewed

Requires pass on all items
- An audit can only be entered into the audit plan if they have passed the review stage

Enforce approval, otherwise only warning is shown
- This option will enforce the approval process before progressing, if not the user can bypass the warning message
- If any of these options are selected when creating an audit plan the below message will appear:
- The user is able to click Yes to continue. If the user wants to make the review of risk assessments compulsory then it is possible by selecting the check box Enforce approval otherwise only the warning is shown
- If the user elects to enforce approval, then the following message will appear when creating an audit plan
- Select Submit changes to save the settings.
