1. Use chat board features

This section allows the user to determine if the Chat board feature should be used.

1. To access select
   1. Messaging
   2. Tick the check box Use user chat feature

Select ‘Submit changes’ to save the settings.

The user will now be able to see the ‘Chat board’ within the ‘Welcome’ screen in Pentana Audit

2. Select Submit changes to save the settings
3. The user will now be able to see the Chat board within the Welcome screen

2. Auto delete messages

This section allows the user to determine the default time-to-live for each chat board in hours.

2. Enter a value by either directly typing or using the up and down arrow keys
3. Select Submit changes to save the settings
