1. Support change restriction

This section allows the user to determine whether Word documents require passwords to make changes.

1. Select the check box to activate

2. Select Submit changes to save the settings

2. Support full encryption

This section allows the user to determine whether Word and Excel documents require a password to open.

1. Select the check box to activate

2. Select Submit changes to save the settings

3. Maximum attachment size

This section allows the user to set the maximum attachment size.

1. Enter the Maximum attachment size

Note:When uploading an attachment, if the limit is exceeded, you will see the below dialogue.

4. Rich text

1. Standard colours. This configuration component controls the list of text colours that are available to users in text fields that support rich text.

Note:Example of these colours in a rich-text field.

2. There is a standard list of colours available, though it is possible to add custom colours to the standard list by selecting Add in the System Configuration

3. To confirm custom colours added in this way click
