1. Required audit age

This configuration allows the user to specify the number of months before an audit file will be available for permanent deletion.

2. Required audit status

In addition to the number of months, the audit permanent deletion is also determined by the audit status

1. There are three different options to choose from

• Allow any status
  • The audit can have any status to allow a permanent deletion
• Audit must be closed/ archived
  • The audit must have a status of closed or archived before the audit can be permanently deleted
• Audit must be archived
  • The audit must be in a archived status before the audit can be permanently deleted.

3. Show My Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura) Alerts

This section refers to the audits due for deletion.

1. Enter the number in months
2. When set, the list of audits will be displayed on
