1. Maximum attachments size (megabyte MB)

This section allows the user to determine the maximum online file size that can be attached to a questionnaire

1. Enter a value in MB

2. Select Submit changes to save the settings

2. Fully anonymise responses

1. Select the check box to activate the setting so that all identifying information is hidden on screen and removed from the database

2. Select Submit changes to save the settings
3. The user must log out of Internal Audit and log back in for the settings to be applied

3. Default sender postal address

This section allows the user to determine the default email address that will be used when a questionnaire invitation is sent out.

1. Enter a Default sender postal address

2. Select Submit changes to save the settings
3. The user must log out of Internal Audit and log back in for the settings to be applied
4. When the questionnaire invitation is being prepared, the default address will appear in the Sender Details screen
