1. Risk, Controls and Tests
- Risks, Controls and Tests form the remainder of the Work Programme Template. These three levels have a hierarchical relationship. Controls cannot be added before risks and tests cannot be added before controls.
- This is illustrated by the toolbars at the top of each column, Tests and Controls cannot be added as the drops down lists are not active until their predecessor exists
