A text field can also be added to the Work Programme Template that can be used to add any additional notes when an auditor comes to undertake the fieldwork of the audit.

1. Text fields are added by selecting   and then select Text Field

2. The user will be presented with a free text field where further information can be added by typing directly into the field or by selecting the expand icon
