In addition to documenting Risks, Controls and Tests, actual documents can also be attached to the Work Programme Template.

1. Documents are attached at the Test level by selecting   and then select Linked File

2. Enter a Description of the file and then select Browse to where the document is currently saved and then select OK

3. Documents such as sample spreadsheets can then be opened and used during the Audit and saved back into the system along with all other testing
