Who is this article for?Users who want to login to Business User Portal.
Elevated permissions are not required.
This article outlines and overview of logging in to Business User Portal.
1. Logging in
- The web-address will be determined based on individual server settings. Please consult your System Administrator if the web-address is not known. Where Active Directory single sign-on is not enabled, the user will be asked to enter their Account name
- Following this the user will then be prompted to enter their Username and Password
- If any one of these items are unknown, please contact your System Administrator. If an additional PIN code is requested, this code has been issued to the email address associated with your user account
- Select Login
- Please note when logging in as a Business User, users will be taken directly to the Business User Portal. When logging in as an Audit (or Risk) System Administrator, the following menu may be presented
- In this instance, select Business User Portal as shown
- Please note that Risk Users wishing to perform Action Tracking configuration maintenance, may follow the Enterprise Risk Management option
- The controls available within the Business User Portal will depend entirely on the permissions afforded to the logged-in user
