1. Only those levels of the Project Universe that have not been used in Recommendation and Action Tracking, or Time & Expenses Recording, can be deleted
2. Attempting to delete items that have already been used elsewhere in Pentana, will result in the following warning message

3. To delete unused Projects, ensure it has been selected from the list on the left and select Delete 

4. In the event that levels of the Project Universe cannot be deleted, but are deemed obsolete and should not be available to use going forward, Pentana offers the option to deny access to these levels via the Entity Access Lists, which are discussed in subsequent chapters of this guide
