This article outlines an overview of Deleting Roles within Users, Roles and Permissions. If a Role becomes redundant, it can be Deleted. Please note that only those Roles that do not have any users associated in the User membership and can be deleted.

1. To delete such Roles, click once on the Select hyperlink button next to the Role Name.

2. Locate and select the Delete button from the options provided, as shown above.
3. If the User membership has not been checked prior to selecting Delete, the system will prevent this action and provide the appropriate warning message.
