1. Recent Activity
Recent Activity is the number of days subtracted from last login.
- This setting determines how many days worth of activity is displayed in the Recent Activity view for Actions and Recommendations, shown below.
- Click once on the configuration option to determine this setting using the drop-down list provided.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click OK to save the settings and receive the following message.
- Click OK once more to return the main menu.
2. Hide Search Filters
- This setting controls what aspects of the Advanced Search filters and criteria will be hidden from use.
- Click once on the configuration option to determine which items will be hidden, by using the tick-boxes provided.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click OK to save the settings and receive the following message.
- Click OK once more to return the main menu.
3. Column List Configuration
- This setting controls the columns that are displayed when viewing Actions and Recommendations.
- Click once on the configuration option to determine which columns will be shown (< All >) and which will be Hidden items, using the drag-and-drop utility. This also controls the order in which the columns will be displayed.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click OK to save the settings and receive the following message.
- Click OK once more to return the main menu.
4. Enable Project Universe
- This setting controls the ability to configure and use the Project Universe for Recommendation, Action Tracking, and Time & Expenses Recording. Once enabled, it operates as a standalone hierarchal structure to document activities that should not be linked to areas of the existing Audit Universe or Process Universe.
- Click once on the configuration option to access the Enable Project Universe check-box.
- Tick the box to enable, or un-tick to disable.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click OK to save the settings and receive the following message.
- Click OK once more to return the main menu.
5. Allow update notes to be changed after upload to the database
- This setting controls the ability to allow business users to edit update notes after they have been submitted to the database.
- Click once on the configuration option to access the Allow Update Notes to be changed checkbox.
- Tick the box to enable, or un-tick to disable.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click OK to save the settings and receive the following message.
- Click OK once more to return the main menu.
