1. Recent Activity

Recent Activity is the number of days subtracted from last login.

1.  This setting determines how many days worth of activity is displayed in the Recent Activity view for Actions and Recommendations, shown below.

2. Click once on the configuration option to determine this setting using the drop-down list provided.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click OK to save the settings and receive the following message.

4. Click OK once more to return the main menu.

2. Hide Search Filters

1. This setting controls what aspects of the Advanced Search filters and criteria will be hidden from use.

2. Click once on the configuration option to determine which items will be hidden, by using the tick-boxes provided.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click OK to save the settings and receive the following message.

4. Click OK once more to return the main menu.

3. Column List Configuration

1. This setting controls the columns that are displayed when viewing Actions and Recommendations.

2. Click once on the configuration option to determine which columns will be shown (< All >) and which will be Hidden items, using the drag-and-drop utility. This also controls the order in which the columns will be displayed.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click OK to save the settings and receive the following message.

4. Click OK once more to return the main menu.

4. Enable Project Universe

1. This setting controls the ability to configure and use the Project Universe for Recommendation, Action Tracking, and Time & Expenses Recording. Once enabled, it operates as a standalone hierarchal structure to document activities that should not be linked to areas of the existing Audit Universe or Process Universe.
2. Click once on the configuration option to access the Enable Project Universe check-box.

3. Tick the box to enable, or un-tick to disable.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click OK to save the settings and receive the following message.

5. Allow update notes to be changed after upload to the database

1. This setting controls the ability to allow business users to edit update notes after they have been submitted to the database.
2. Click once on the configuration option to access the Allow Update Notes to be changed checkbox.

3. Tick the box to enable, or un-tick to disable.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click OK to save the settings and receive the following message.

5. Click OK once more to return the main menu.
