The following permissions are associated with the relevant License type enabled via Manage User Types and Licenses

• Allow access to Controls Management
  • This permission allows access to the online Controls Management module.
• Approve use of proposed controls that are Under Consideration
  • This permission allows the user to make use of proposed controls that are not yet approved but are under consideration.
• Perform review of managed Controls
  • This permission is related to the Controls Management module. It allows a user to review changes to managed Controls that have been made outside of the Controls Management module.
• Retire use of managed controls
  • This permission allows the user to retire the use of existing managed controls.
• Retract effectiveness comments from other users
  • This permission allows the user to retract (delete) effectiveness comments from other user’s view.
