Report templates can be created or amended in the Template Designer module within the client application.

• Allow locked report template to be retired
  • This permission allows a user to unlock any existing report templates so that they can be retired.
• Allow Report Template Design
  • This permission allows a user to access the Reports sub-module within Template Designer in order to customise reports.
• Delete Report Templates
  • The Delete Report Templates permission allows a user to delete Report Templates that are no longer required using the Manage Templates option in
    • Template Designer
    • Reports.
• Edit report generation access rights
  • This permission controls the visibility of the imported report template for a user, role or team (e.g. report template allocation in terms of user’s generation rights will be available to users who have this permission.)
• Report & Report Engine Installation
  • This permission will allow a user to be given access rights to generate certain standard or customized reports within Internal Audit MK.
