1. Support Permissions

Allow Elevation of User Account to System Administrator Rights
- This permission allows the users account to be temporarily elevated to a system administrator role in order to allow Morgan Kai Customer Support Representatives to assist with support queries. Only some support sessions will require this elevation.

Authorize Access to Internal Audit MK Support Representative
- This permission is only applicable to Internal Audit MK hosted customers. In order for a Customer Support Representative to access the database to assist with support queries, a security token will need to be obtained. Only users with this permission assigned will be able to generate this security token.
