1. To import Active Director Business Users in Bulk, within the client navigate to
   1. Tools
   2. Configuration
   3. Select configuration section
   4. Users, roles & permissions.
   5. Add
   6. Import from active directory
   7. Set Create users of type to Create Business Users

8. Under Search for users select the relevant authentication server.
9. Select Search, this will take time to report back a list of users. Alternatively, refine the search (e.g. Surname).
10. Once a list of users are returned, under the Active Directory users, activate the checkbox and select OK.

11. The user import results will show with available license, valid username and email for each user.

12. Select Close.
13. You will be returned users, roles & permission screen.
14. Navigate to
    1. Roles
    2. Business Users
    3. User membership
    4. Tick the checkbox against the imported Business users so they inherit the role permissions.
