1. Resolving Audit Status not updating after program approval
Sometimes when all the Audit Programs have been approved the Audit Status does not update to Audit Work Approved.
- To resolve re-approve one of the Audit Work Programmes
- Open the Programme
- Resend to the Reviewer
- Finish review
- Select Refresh tab in Audit Work
- Navigate to
- Audit Management
- Audit creation and review
- Select the Refresh tab
- This will change the Audit Status from Audit Started to Audit Work Approved.
