This article outlines the process of resolving Business or Actions Owners unable to access published reports.
1. Granting access to published reports
- Check the Business Users have access to View audit reports, checkbox activated by navigating to
- Tools
- Configuration
- Select configuration section
- Users, Roles & Permissions
- Manage User Types and Licenses
- For Business Users to view Audit Reports, they need to be assigned to the Audit (e.g. Auditees field in Auditors & Budgets).
- Open an Audit.
- Select Auditors & Budgets.
- Within the Team members with Roles section, select the relevant users from the drop down lists.
- Click Save
- In addition, the report needs to be an approved report shown under the Approved reports.
- Within the Audit select Details.
- This can be achieved when you Save the report to audit via the Generated Reports tab in Audit Management by completing the steps in the wizard.
- Select the Attachment tab in the audit you assigned the file to.
- Select the file to activate the Start review tab and select Start review.
- Select Yes at the message prompt.
- A white paper will appear within the Review state column.
- Select Passed or Failed. Passed will display a green tick.
- Select again to activate the Mark as Approved tab.
- Select Yes at the message prompt.
- Return to the Details tab to confirm the report is visible under the Approved reports section.
- Save and Close.
- Perform a secure back up of the file.
