Editing action statuses in ERM

Administrative access to the ERM module is required.
This article details how to edit risk action statuses and manage user permissions within the ERM module. Follow these steps to ensure that risk users have the necessary access and rights.
1. Managing risk action statuses
- Risk users may not have access to the desktop client application due to licenses, access, or permissions.
- To edit risk action statuses, the risk user should log in to the ERM module via the browser.
- Select Configuration.
- Action and Controls.
- Action Status.
- Select the relevant status, i.e., In Progress.
- Under the section Edit Rights, it defaults to the Assignment Rights tab. This will show which risk users, roles, or teams have been set/assigned.
- When a risk user is assigned to a status, they will need to be assigned Edit Rights to make changes.
- Select the Edit Rights tab to assign risk users, roles, or teams.
- Select Update to commit the changes to the server.
Note: Always ensure that risk users have the necessary permissions assigned to perform their roles effectively.
