Under Interim Review status means that part of the programme has been sent for review valid copy while a user continues to work on the other part of the programme rogue copy. However, the user will not have the ability to save or submit any changes from the rogue copy back to the server.
1.1. What needs to happen next
- Under Review programme and display the audit work actions drop-down list.
- Select Return Work Programme to Auditor, complete the steps in the wizard, and select the username currently working on the other part of the programme.
- When the reviewer has completed this, select the audit work module Refresh tab a couple of times.
- Double-click the programme on your local store copy to be prompted with a message to merge the programmes and select Yes to merge.
Note: The programme status will show as In Progress - With Review.
- Once the programme has been merged, either continue working on it, save, close, and secure a backup to the server.
- Alternatively, if the programme is ready for review, save & close.
- Highlight and display the audit work actions drop-down list.
- Select Send Work Programme to Reviewer and select the relevant reviewer.
