Administrators who need to remove an audit user to a business user role.

Admin privileges are required.

This article details how to assign an audit user to a business user role.

1. Removing an audit user to a business user role

Audit users assigned to the business user role may see invalid labels different to their colleagues who are not assigned to that role.

It is not necessary for Audit users to be assigned to the Business User role.

1. To update or remove the Business User role from the audit user, navigate to
   1. Tools
   2. Configurations
   3. Users, roles and permissions
   4. Roles
   5. User membership. 
   6. Submit changes.

Note: As audit users, auditors inherit by default, access to the online Business User portal which can be seen via the 'Manage user types and licenses'.  The Recommendation Tracking tick mark highlighted indicates inherited access.

2. Audit users will either see all recommendations or recommendations they have been assigned to.
