Users who want to manually add users without relying on Active Directory integration.

Global Settings access is required to perform these steps.

This article explains how to manually add users without using Active Directory. (AD) 

1. Adding users

To add users manually:

1. Open the Online Setup Screen.
2. Select Global Settings.
3. Verify that all pertinent checkboxes are selected.

4. Access the setup application via the web server at the following address: http://<server>/12_0/setup/default.aspx.
5. Save the changes made.
6. Navigate to Users, Roles & Permissions.
7. Click Add....
8. Select Create user account.

9. Follow the on-screen prompts.
