1. To located missing users, navigate to
   1. Tools
   2. Configuration
   3. User roles and permissions

3. If the user is not in the list. You can select
   1. Show
   2. Show staff
   3. Show business users
4. If the account has been deactivated then select the Reactivate button and you will see the name in this list if you have not been able to find it in the other steps.
