Users who want to learn about Timesheets assigned to another user

Elevated permissions are required.

This article outlines the process for finding a user that a Timesheet is assigned or locked to and removing that lock to allow editing of the Timesheet.

1. Users opening a timeline will be prompted with a message dialogue if the timeline is already assigned to another user.

2. Users can check who the Timesheet is locked or assigned to by selecting
   1. Management actions
   2. Remove lock

3. The following warning message will be displayed.

4. Select Confirm continue and the Remove lock screen will be displayed.
5. By selecting the tick box at the Show timesheets with user assignments will display timesheets assigned to specific users.  

6. Choose the relevant user(s) or timesheet date(s) and Finish to make the timeline available for editing.
