1. Increasing the Log level
Increasing the logging level within the application should provide additional information for further investigation.
- To increase the log level navigate to
- Help
- Customer Support
- Test connection availability
- Advanced settings
- Local machine configuration
- Set the Client Logging level to 4.
- Click OK.
- Exit the application and log back in for the changes to take effect.
Note: These steps can also be action from the login screen.
2. Checking the Log
- Check the logs by navigating to
- Help
- Customer support
- Open local data store
- Locate the Log labelled ExternalsLog for investigation
3. Changing the Log level back to 1
- Revert the Log back to level 1 logging by navigating to
- Help
- Customer Support
- Test connection availability.
- Advanced settings
- Local machine configuration
- Set the Client Logging level to 1.
- Click OK
- Exit the application and log back in for the changes to take effect.
