This article provides an overview of the Advanced Settings menu within Server Connectivity.

  1. The following settings can be modified and configured in the client application by navigating to
    1. Help
    2. Customer Support
    3. Test Connection Availability
    4. Advanced Settings.
  2. A brief description of each setting is provided.
  • Connection availability timeout
    • The connection time to stay active when the client is communicating with the web server
  • Web Service
    • An action from the client-side to the web server timeout. Such as the download or upload of a file attachment, or the secure backup process of an Audit.
  • Max Concurrent Server connection
    • This is the Number of connections to the web server per action that is permitted.
