1. To add filters navigate to 
   1. Recommendation Tracking
   2. Filter layout
   3. Manage filter layout   

2. This will display a pop up screen which will allow you to add standard field, meta data field and section break(s).
3. If you select Add standard field you will be presented with the system standard field labels to select from.

4. There will be some fields without the additional drop-down list (e.g. Origin) and if selected will be added to the end of the filter list.
5. Items within a drop-down list are depicted with a   that contains additional fields that have been grouped under specific headings such (e.g. Status option filters).

6. Once a selection has been made, use the up arrow to position the label as required to be shown in the filter list.
