1. When a user logs in to the Business User Portal and has been assigned to one of the People Fields (e,g. one of the system standard fields) or the Associated People Titles Field which are created by navigating to
   1. Tools
   2. Configuration
   3. Select configuration section
   4. Defined list

2. The system standard fields will display the users assigned to those fields and the My Assignment column will populate only with users that are assigned in the Associated people titles (e.g. Head of Division, Head of Finance etc).
