This article outlines the process of changing the name of the LIVE and TRAINING account during initial setup of the system.

1. Changing the name of the Live or Training account

If a customer requests to change the name of the Live or Training account, take the following steps.

1. These names are picked up from the license file. The license file sits in the location on the server in the location C:\inetpub\wwwroot\12_0\bin folder.
2.  Locate the file called MKI.Config.
3. A copy of this file will need to be sent to Support.
4. Use the Implementation Macro and ask through the side conversation for them to edit the account names.
5. Once this is created send this back to the customer.
6. Rename the old license file so it can change it back in the event there are any issues.
7. Copy the new license file to the location C:\inetpub\wwwroot\12_0\bin folder
8. If there are any issues starting the application, rename the original file to its original name and the new file that was provided can be investigated further.
