Reviewing User Login Data

This article outlines how a user can view login data of all users within their system via the Event Log. This article does not include any details on the users activity within the system, it simply outlines their login activity.
1. How to find the Event Log

The information can be viewing within the Event log which is accessible via the Tool menu within the system by navigating to
- Tools
- View the Event Log
2. Viewing the information within the Event Log
- Once you are within the event log, you can use the first drop down list to choose user authentication specific filters. These include the Concurrent account usage, User active directory login and user login.
- Select the first drop down list titled Action Type
- Scroll down the list until you find the folder User Authentication.
- Open this folder and select the specific options related to the information you want to see.
- Feel free to use the other available filters to narrow down your search.
- Click Search logs to view the results.
3. Search Results
- The results will appear within the Search Results section at the bottom of the window. They will be sorted by Date descending, but this can be changed by clicking one of the available headings.
- You can also right-click within the search results to view additional options.
- These include the ability to Group the results by a specific heading, reduce the number of visible columns and export the information to Excel.
