1. Structure edit options
This section allows the user to determine whether Risks, Controls and Tests within Work Programmes can be added or edited within the Audit Work module. This is also extended to include editorial options for the Work Programme Name and Objective and the ability to edit submitted items.
- The user can check the boxes next to each option for those to become available in
- Select Submit changes to save the settings

Please note the user must log out of Internal Audit and log back in for the settings to be applied

Risks, Controls and Tests that have been submitted for review cannot be edited or deleted, even if this configuration setting is enabled

It is not recommended that the Template setting is enabled, for example Edit Template Test, as this may have an impact when creating reports during work programme consolidation
2. Actual controls
This section allows the user to determine whether the Actual Controls tab appears when opening up the Control Details screen within a Work Programme in Audit Work.
- The user can check the boxes next to each option that meet their needs
- Select Submit changes to save the settings
- The following free-text field will appear within the Work Programme Control Details screen in the Audit Work module
3. Maximum attachments size
This section allows the user to specify the limit on the total attachment size for each Work Programme.
- Select the check box to activate, then choose the megabyte limit
- Select Submit changes to save the settings
4. Template metadata editable
This section allows the user to determine if the metadata attached to a work programme at the template design stage, is made available for editing during the fieldwork stage of an Audit
- Select the relevant check boxes for those elements to be editable within the Work Programme
- Select Submit changes to save the settings
