1. Pre-Defined Recommendations
- The first additional tab is that of Recommendations
- Within Work Programme Designer there is the ability to create Pre-Defined Recommendations. Pre-Defined Recommendations are used when there is a need for consistent recommendations to be made if a particular test is non-compliant
- They are designed within the template so that the auditor can merely select them whilst carrying out the testing rather than creating a brand new recommendation
- To create a Pre-Defined Recommendation, select the Recommendations tab in either the risk, control or test editor and select New
- Enter the Name of the recommendation and then a detailed Description and select OK
- As many Pre-Defined Recommendations as is required can be attached to a Risk, Control or Test by repeating the process above
