1. Creating Availability Conditions
- In the Template Designer module, each editor window at the Risk, Control and Test level will be labelled Availability conditions
- Select Add condition, the user has the option to define what other elements should affect the availability of the item selected
- The user decides that Risk B and all Controls and Tests associated to it should only be available if the evaluation of Risk A > Control A > Test 1 is Fully Compliant:
- Many different conditions can be added to the editor, all of which will initially be designated the (AND) logic, meaning that all of the conditions must be met. In this example below, Risk B and all Controls and Tests associated to it should only be available if the evaluation of Risk A > Control A > Test 1 AND Test 2 are both Fully Compliant
