1. Changing the Properties of a Work Programme Template
When a Work Programme Template is created it is named and associated to areas of the Audit Universe it could or may be used in.
- Over time this information may need to be amended. This can be done by selecting the Properties icon at the top of the Work Programme Template window
Selecting ‘Properties’ will open up the following window:
- From this window the Work Programme name and associated areas can be amended including the change of Template type.
2. Work Programme Template Types
- When creating a Work Programme Template the user can choose from a list of different template types to be used. The Work Programme Template types are
- Standard layout with Test scores
- Standard layout with Test and Control scores
- Standard layout with Initial Control scores
- Risk Control matrix with Test scores
- Risk Control matrix with Test and Control scores
- Risk Control matrix with Initial Control scores
- There are two clear distinctions between the two styles of Templates available those being of a standard layout and the other a risk control matrix. The standard layout uses a one to one format and the risk control matrix is a one to many formats
- The user should select the appropriate type of layout when creating a new template, during the creation process there is a dropdown menu to make a selection from
- The user should be careful to pick up the appropriate layout and the desired scoring method before naming the template and associating it to the Audit Universe.
