1. Maintenance permissions
Permission | Description |

Allow Project Universe |
This permission allows the user to create and edit the Project Universe within Configuration. The Project Universe allows recommendations to be attached to a different Universe than that of the Audit Universe. For example, if an organisation decides to use recommendation tracking for internal areas of the business and wish to use a separate Universe to manage and store those recommendations. |
Audit Entity Access Lists | This permission gives the user access to the Entity Access List section of Configuration where Audit Universe entities can be assigned or denied to users. |
Defined List Maintenance | This permission will provide the user with the ability to add, edit and archive elements within the Online Defined List section of Configuration. For example, Recommendation priorities, categories and themes. Only system administrators should have this privilege. |
Project Universe Access Lists | This permission gives the user access to the Entity Access List section of Configuration where Project Universe entities can be assigned or denied to users. |
System Configuration Access | System Configuration allows different Online Tracking system methodology settings to be applied to Internal Audit. Only system administrators should only have this privilege. |
System Configuration Access – all Client Accounts | Under System Configuration this permission gives the user the ability to apply changes to configuration settings across different Client Accounts. |
User Maintenance | If users have this permission they can set up and edit users, roles and permissions. |
