1. Resetting Passwords
- To reset a Business User’s password, begin by selecting the profile icon next to their name.
- Under the Details tab select Reset Password.
- When determining the new Password and Confirm Password, the user will be asked to change this to a private password when they next log in.
- Confirm by selecting the Update button and the following banner will be displayed.
