1. To reset a Business User’s password, begin by selecting the profile icon next to their name.

2. Under the Details tab select Reset Password.

3. When determining the new Password and Confirm Password, the user will be asked to change this to a private password when they next log in.

4. Confirm by selecting the Update button and the following banner will be displayed.
