1. In order to establish how many Business Users licenses are in use and how many are available, a summary of this information is displayed within the main Users, Roles and Permissions screen.

2. To manage all active Pentana user licenses, such as the license Type, section access and the method of authentication, this is performed within Manage User Types and Licenses.

3. Please note that when accessing this component of high-level license management, it is possible to maintain all license types, including Audit Users, Risk Users and Business Users.

4. All license types and usages are summarised at the bottom of the screen, which also confirms which of the column headings relate specifically to Business User features.

5. In the list of users displayed, Business Users are easily identified as they do not have access to Audit and Risk.

6. To grant additional section access to Business Users, click once on the icons provided so that the green tick is displayed.

• Recommendation Tracking allows access to view and update Recommendations or Actions that the user has been assigned to or is responsible for.
• Time Recording allows access to record time and expenses against audit and non-audit activity which can be viewed by relevant Audit users.
• Controls Management allows access to view and update Controls that the user is responsible for which can be viewed by relevant Audit users and Risk users.
• View Audit Reports allows access to view Approved Reports for Audits that that the Business User is assigned to by Audit users
• A Contact will be available in the system Address Book which can be viewed by relevant Audit users in the client application.
