1. Recommendation and action tracking permissions
Permission | Description |
---|---|
Allow business user to access Planet MK | Allows access to the Planet MK Home page, Online Support videos and Planet MK Forum where various user manuals and technical installation guides are available to download. |
Allow changes to original End Date if a Revised End Date is set | This permission is related to the Recommendation Tracking module. It allows a user to adjust the End Date of a Recommendation when there is a Revised End Date also present. |
Allow Close Status Access | Recommendations can be allocated a terminal status which effectively means that they are ‘closed’ within the system. This permission will allow a user to allocate a terminal status to a recommendation. |
Allow Deletion of Recommendation Attachments | Allows users the ability to delete existing and/or new attachments. When disabled, the Delete button is completely removed from the screen. |
Allow Re-opening of Closed Recommendations | This permission will determine whether users can re-open a closed recommendation so that it is editable once again. |
Allow Searching for Archived Recommendations | This permission will determine whether users can search for recommendations where the status is marked as archived. |
Configure Recommendation View Methodology | This permission allows a user to access the "Recommendation View Methodology" section in Tools, Methodologies then Configure Recommendation View Methodology. With this permission a user will be able to define various types of Recommendations as well as specify which fields should form part of the Recommendation editor. |
Create New Audit Location Recommendation | This will allow the user to create a Location Recommendation within the online tracking module - this applies to any level of the audit universe, process universe and project universe. |
Recommendation Status Maintenance | This permission gives a user access to the Recommendation Status configuration section. Users will be allowed to configure and amend the Recommendation statuses list and usage rights. |
Remove Recommendation editable access lock |
Only available when using the client application, this permission allows users the ability to remove the local editable copy of a Recommendation (or Risk Action) from the current editor. Note: The new lock management efficiency applies to items opened within the client and online and should never be used unless the local editable copy cannot be recovered from the current editor via best practice Secure backup procedures (or via Update and Close online). |
Request Recommendation update note | Allows users access to the Request update functionality within Update Notes. When disabled, users will have visibility of the button, though it will be greyed-out for use. |
