The article introduces enhanced customisation options for the Details page within audit files, enabling teams to integrate all fields previously found on the Additional Notes page and arrange them as desired. See the below sections for more information.
1. Overview
Greater customisation of the Details page within audit files is now available, providing teams with the ability to incorporate all fields previously held on the Additional Notes page and to place those fields in their desired location. This comprises all audit metadata fields including new bespoke section breaks and supports the reorganisation of key standard fields such as Audit Opinion.
2. User guide
-
A new component has been added to existing menus, labelled Details page field layout.
-
From this window, users are able to reconfigure the view of the audit file Details tab, including standard fields and metadata fields.
-
To remove unwanted standard fields, including section breaks, click once to select them and locate Delete item.
-
To move any item within the list, the drag-and-drop utility allows ease of reorganisation.
- Section breaks can be edited by clicking once on the item followed by Edit section title.
-
To introduce new fields, such as Additional Notes, Audit metadata, Planned Audit metadata, and custom section breaks, select Add item... from the main toolbar.
-
Items that have already been used in the details page design will appear greyed-out to the user.
Note: In order for all options to appear as shown in this example, the corresponding metadata templates must be created and active within Template Designer then Metadata, and Additional Notes must be created and saved in Tools, Configuration and Defined Lists.
