1. Audit work
1.1 Search results
- The primary Name, Unique id search field will now also recognise results against the Audit Name, not just the Work Programme Name. This supports methodology where the same Work Programme is used across many different audits that the user may be assigned to.
1.2 Navigation and filters
- Expanding upon the use of this integral utility for auditors and audit managers alike, within the Filters specifically a new option to Customise allows inclusion for all compatible metadata fields.
- This includes data elements from the following Metadata Template Linked Types: Work Programme Template Risk, Work Programme Template Control, Work Programme Template Test, Work Programme Risk, Work Programme Control, Work Programme Test and Managed Controls.
- Items selected to bring into the Filters can be reorganised as needed along with all other standard items.
1.3 Review points
- In the Details of each review point raised, an additional field has been included to distinguish the Assigned user. This supports configurations where multiple reviewers and/or auditors are involved in the same Work Programme, and each responsible for different review points raised.
- Not isolated to Audit Work, but most significant here, is the ability to copy to the clipboard all manner of review comments that have been raised.
A new clipboard icon is provided across the system where this functionality is supported.
1.4 Add a recommendation
- The functionality and icons to remind users to Add a Recommendation during or at the end of fieldwork can still be used, though it is no longer mandatory to use this methodology to add Recommendations.
- Where recommendations have already been added, users will notice this part of the findings becomes greyed-out and instead confirms the volume of items added.
1.5 Attachments
- When using drag-and-drop to quickly add files to the Work Programme, the system now provides an immediate option to determine the Folder location that they should be entered into.
