1. Welcome
1.1 All areas
- To maximise the desktop area available for Dashboards and Data Visualisation, the user identity banner has been removed. The logged-in Username remains confirmed in the bottom right-hand corner of the main system window.
- Upon logging out, the system will remember which Welcome sub-module was last accessed and will return to that viewpoint when logging in again.
2. Annual planning
2.1 Permanent files
- It is now possible to delete permanent files in scenarios where the original linked audit attachment has been Approved and Locked as part of the review process.
2.2 Manage planned Audits
- When selecting Duplicate existing planned Audit, the system provides additional Copy features options to determine which elements of the Key Assumptions should be duplicated.
3. Audit scheduling
3.1 Conflict manager
- The conflict management tool has been updated to focus upon the same visible date range as the main scheduling pane, allowing users to focus on resolving conflicts within their chosen date rage rather than across all periods.
- The Audit name has been added to the Conflict time allocation, making it easier to distribute time to different audits that belong to the same entity.
3.2 Filters and options
- Show archived Audits has been added to the list of available filters and search options.
